2. Education is due with every medication administration

   1. Check your name bracelet and ask you your date of birth

   2. They will tell you the name of the med

   5. When it is due

   6. Potential side effects

YOUR ROLE:

1. Ask staff the name of the medication and exactly what it is for.

2. Repeat back what they have taught you about your medications.
